Focusing Leaders in Applying Resolutions through Engagement and Excellence (FLARE) is a certification program of the Council and the Office of Student LIFE (S-LIFE) that aims to equip Lasallian student leaders with training and mentoring sessions on the following topics: project development, management, monitoring, and evaluation. Furthermore, this activity holds a case competition wherein student-leaders address social issues with sustainable project proposals.
